Heat oil in a wok and add onions and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear. Add chilli flakes and all the vegetables and stir fry for two minutes.
Add chopped paneer and all the masala powder together with salt and saute till everything combines well. Let it cool.
Trim off all the corners of the bread. Sprinkle oil and roll bread with the help of rolling pin.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place the rolled bread on a muffin tray like basket. Fill the bread basket with paneer vegetable mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Add tomato ketchup on top of the cheese.
Bake it for 15 minutes till the bread basket turn golden brown. Yummy and beautiful Indian bread baskets is ready to serve.
